Focus Complete Clean Install Kit

Turn the open underside of your aluminum profile simulator into a clean, organized, purpose-built system with the Focus Complete Clean Install Kit. This kit combines our Dropped Floor Pan, Electronics Management Tray, and Cable Mounting Blocks to manage the driver area, electronics, and wiring as one complete installation.

Instead of mounting power supplies wherever they fit, routing cables across exposed extrusion, and leaving the center of the chassis open, the Clean Install Kit gives each part of the build a dedicated place. The result is a simulator that looks finished from top to bottom while keeping electronics and wiring organized and accessible.

A Complete Under-Rig System

The Clean Install Kit separates the simulator into dedicated areas for the driver, electronics, and wiring.

Flexible Cable Routing

• Includes 10 Cable Mounting Blocks for additional routing points throughout the chassis
• Helps keep USB, power, audio, haptic, and peripheral wiring routed along intentional paths
• Supports clean cable runs between the cockpit, electronics tray, PC, pedals, wheelbase, and accessories

Fitment & Compatibility

• Designed for Focus Sim Racing aluminum profile chassis
• Mounts directly to chassis extrusion using M8 hardware and T-nuts
• FSR One Twenty & FSR One Sixty: support the complete Clean Install Kit with both the Dropped Floor Pan and Electronics Management Tray installed together
• FSR 80: supports the Dropped Floor Pan or Electronics Management Tray individually, but does not have sufficient space for the complete two-panel configuration

Compatibility with Other Aluminum Profile Chassis:
The Clean Install Kit may also fit aluminum profile rigs from other manufacturers. Focus Sim Racing chassis use a 580mm-wide lower chassis, placing the Floor Pan and Electronics Tray mounting locations at 540mm apart.

If your chassis has compatible extrusion or mounting locations at 540mm spacing, the individual panels should be able to mount to your rig. To install the complete two-panel Clean Install configuration, your chassis must also provide sufficient length and clearance underneath the seat and cockpit area for both panels.

Because chassis dimensions, crossmember locations, seat mounting layouts, and accessory configurations vary between manufacturers, we recommend measuring your chassis and confirming both 540mm mounting spacing and available installation space before ordering.
