The Focus Sim Racing 80mm Extrusion Sandwich Connector Plate is used between 80mm extrusion sections to create a rigid bolted joint. It is designed to sit between paired extrusion rails, helping tie uprights, crossmembers, and chassis sections together without relying on a large external gusset.

This black powder-coated steel plate is useful for sim racing cockpit frames, monitor stand structures, and custom 40-series aluminum profile builds where a compact sandwich-style connector is preferred. Confirm rail spacing, hole pattern, and hardware requirements before ordering. Plate only; mounting hardware is not included.
